Strategy & Philanthropy
Our Strategy & Philanthropy practice spans a diverse range of social impact and community investment projects. We typically work with clients at the front end of new initiatives or growth opportunities and stay engaged through implementation. Our team has launched and managed family foundations, partnered with founders and leaders to operationalize their vision, and supported large organizations through geographic and programmatic expansion. The common thread through each project is a commitment seeing it through to execution.
Fair Chance Employment
Our Fair Chance Employment practice partners with companies and associations to build and grow inclusive talent strategies. We work closely with employers to expand recruitment and retention opportunities for candidates impacted by the justice system. We also partner with business associations and coalitions to provide guidance and resources to their members. Through this work, our team has implemented policy reforms and proactive hiring partnerships that have expanded candidate pools and created accessible career pathways for thousands of justice-impacted job seekers.
